On the banks of the Little Prespa, 37 km from Florina and 45 km from Kastoria meet the Mikrolimni. It is built in altitude 854m and inhabited in winter by 60 people and the summer of 80, with income derived from agriculture (cultivation of beans), fishing and farming. The surrounding area is mixed beech forests, anchovy, oak and cedar.
From Mikrolimni You can see the largest colony of cormorants in Vidronisi. Within the village is the church of St. Athanasius, while beech-Mikrolimni street is the church of St. Paraskevi preserved painted wooden iconostasis. At the entrance of the village there is a three-aisled basilica of 1908. The village organizes the feast of St. Athanasios on 2/5.
